ARDUINO UNO WIFI REV2 Development Board
Add WiFI to your device with the Arduino Uno WiFi development board. It is an enhanced version of the Arduino Uno Rev3: equipped with Microchip’s new 8-bit microprocessor and an onboard IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit). For WiFi connections, security is ensured using the new ECC608 encryption chip accelerator.
Overview
Add this board to your device and you’ll be able to connect it to a WiFi network using its secure ECC608 crypto chip accelerator. The Arduino Uno WiFi is functionally identical to the Arduino Uno Rev3, but adds WiFi and a few other enhancements. It uses a new 8-bit microprocessor from Microchip and has an onboard IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit). The Wi-Fi module is a standalone SoC with an integrated TCP/IP stack that can provide access to a Wi-Fi network, or act as an access point. The Arduino Uno WiFi has 14 digital input/output pins (6 of which can be used as PWM outputs and 6 as analog inputs), a USB interface, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a reset button. It contains everything you need to support the microcontroller. Simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable, or power it with an AC adapter or battery to get started.
